io-Tech’s first test article of the week introduces the smallest option in Apple’s recent iPhone 12 collection, the iPhone 12 mini. This is a completely new model, which today is positioned in an exceptionally small size range. Compared to the iPhone SE 2020 model, which was released in the spring and also tested in io-tech, the iPhone 12 mini is physically smaller in size, although its screen is clearly larger. Technically, the mini differs from the larger iPhone 12 model only in terms of battery and screen size. Device prices start in Finland 829 in euros

In this article, we take a look at the iPhone 12 Mini based on just over a week of 24-hour user experience. The main focus of the article is on the new reduced size and the user experiences it brings. On the bottom you can read a previously published test on the iPhone 12, which is technically largely identical to the mini.
