Telegram , the most important messaging service to the world after WhatsApp seems not to work are correctly in Italy especially in large cities such as Milan, Rome and also Catania and Venice. At the moment it is not clear the problem that does not allow to send or receive messages but in fact on Downdetector it is possible to observe how the reports on system malfunctions are increasing by the minute.
