5G reaches MásMóvil customers in 19 Spanish cities

MásMóvil, the telephone and Internet company that owns PepePhone or Yoigo among others , has announced the launch of its own 5G network for its mobile phone customers. Curiously, Yoigo already had 5G available since September.
The initial 5G coverage of MásMóvil reaches 19 cities of the Spanish territory and will combine its own infrastructure with that of Orange, a company they have reached to an agreement to use their networks. Remember that Orange has already had 5G available for a few months.

The 5G offered will be 5G NSA , a technology that uses the current 4G cell infrastructure and with which it is not possible to achieve all the benefits of 5G, in return, compatibility is greater, a step prior to the deployment of 5G SA. Among the cities that will receive initial coverage are Madrid, Orense, Barcelona, Bilbao, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Huesca, Jaén, Alicante, Almería, Vitoria, Ávila Málaga, Melilla, Salamanca, San Sebastián, Logroño, Seville, Alcobendas and Valencia. More territories will be added to this list soon.
MásMóvil 5G will be offered to customers with compatible terminals and residential rates, yes, at no extra cost.
