Epic Games Store has launched a winter sale in conjunction with the daily game distribution for PC. The initiative began last Thursday with the release of the Cities: Skylines economic strategy for free. In recent days, you could add such titles as Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee New N ‘Tasty, The Long Dark and Defense Grid: The Awakening to your account without any fees. Over the weekend, we got to know the likely list of more free games. The leak is working so far and, as predicted, today you can add Alien: Isolation for free, a stealth survival horror in the FPP convention from Creative Assembly. But you need to hurry, because the promotion only lasts until tomorrow.

Alien: Isolation is another free game that has been released by Epic Games Store. You only have until tomorrow, until tomorrow to add a stealth to your account 17: 00 Polish time.

Alien: Isolation is a horror measure of the original film. Review

Alien: Isolation for PC is available for free from the Epic Games Store until tomorrow, 22 December, until 17: 00 Polish time, after which it will probably be replaced by Metro 2033 Redux. It is a game from 2014, developed by Creative Assembly studio, creators of the strategic Total War series, but unlike the previous productions based on the series license on xenomorphs, it focuses mainly on hiding and escaping from aliens sensitive to our every move. It tells the story of Amanda Ripley, Ellen’s daughter, known to movie fans, and the atmosphere pours from the screen by hectoliters. Though the game is better stealth than horror.

Alien: Isolation – 10 Reasons why it’s worth coming back to the game

Alien: Isolation was very well received by a group of critics – the PC version has an average score on Metacritic at the level of 81% based on 41 reviews. The players rated it even higher (8.5). On Steam, it also gets very positive feedback (92% with almost 30 thousand reviews). It is a pity that Alien: Isolation has not achieved enough financial success to see a sequel. The Epic Games Store has a basic version available for free – the game can now also be purchased as a promotion for DLC, in which we play, among others, Ellen Ripley, but in terms of content they are quite poor (but they don’t cost much).
