AMD Radeon 6800 and 6800XT custom cards go on sale today at 3:00 p.m.

A few days ago the new graphics cards were put on sale from AMD, Radeon 6800 and 6800 XT , these were AMD reference models under the brands that normally sell graphics cards, but go on sale today starting at 16: 11 hours custom models of these same brands, the so-called “custom” models , where we can see what the manufacturers offer us regarding the reference model. Radeon RX cards 6800 and 6800 XT have been released to compete with the new NVIDIA RTX 40, which have also been launched recently, where the AMD Radeon have obtained results that place them on a par with the NVIDIA cards . The new Radeon RX 6800 has 60 Compute Units, a base clock speed of 1815 MHz and 2105 MHz boost , dispose of 128 MB of Infinity Cache and 15 GB of GDDR6 RAM, this card has a TDP of 250 W, his older sister, the Radeon RX 6800 XT, reaches 72 Compute Units with 2015 MHz base frequency and 2250 MHz in Boost, it also has the 250 MB of Infinity Cache, 16 GB GDDR6 memory and a TDP of 300 W this time.

Given the last events os with NVIDIA cards and their shortage of stock , something that has been repeated with Ryzen processors 5000 on launch day, and the same play with the Radeon reference models 6800 Y 6800 XT , you have to be very attentive to the pages of the usual sellers in Spain to get these “custom” models of AMD Radeon cards. Recall that the Radeon 6900 XT will go on sale on December 8 , so we will have to wait a few days if we want to get this model.
