AOC is launching two new curved gaming monitors from the G2 series

The manufacturer AOC announces with the CQ 32 G2SE and the C 32 G2AE two new 31, 5-inch gaming displays from its G2 series. Both monitors come with a curved VA panel (1500 R) as well as a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a response time of 1 ms (MPRT). AMD FreeSync Premium is also on board.
The CQ 32 G2SE has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and has a pixel density of 94 pixels per inch at a brightness of 250 cd / m². In addition, there is a viewing angle of 178 / 178 ° and a contrast ratio of 3000:1. The sRGB color space is 121% covered. The AOC C 32 G2AE offers full HD resolution and comes in a three-sided frameless design and with VESA mounting option. Here, too, the contrast ratio is 3000: 1. According to the data sheet, the sRGB color space coverage amounts to 123%. The brightness is also given as 250 cd / m². The CQ 32 G2SE and the C 32 According to the manufacturer, G2AE can be set up completely without tools. Both have a stand with integrated cable management. In addition, said base can be tilted between -3.5 and 21, 5 °. The monitors also have two 5 W stereo speakers.
As can be seen from the data sheet, the power consumption of the C is 32 G2AE on 32 W, in standby this requires 0.3 watts. The CQ 32 G2SE consumed 49 W and in standby 0.3 W.
According to AOC, the CQ 32 is suitable G2SE for shooters as well as for MMORPG and action games. The manufacturer also recommends the C 32 G2AE for eSports games. Flicker-Free technology and LowBlue mode are also available. Two HDMI ports and one DisplayPort are available for connection options. Both monitors will be available from December. The C 32 G2AE has a recommended retail price of around 230 Euro. For the CQ 32 G2SE a total of 425 euros are due.
