Taking advantage of the recent arrival of the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics cards 3080 and RTX 3090, Gigabyte, through its AORUS gaming line, has announced the launch of its new external graphics cards Gaming Box equipped with these highest-end NVIDIA GPUs.

Use the Thundebolt 3 port to connect to the laptop or desktop that is going to make use of the graphic power of this external module, allowing little powerful equipment such as ultrabooks, to enjoy maximum performance without limiting its portability when power is not required.

The AORUS RTX 3090 / 3080 Gaming BOX are the first s external graphics with liquid cooling

Available with RTX 3080 and RTX 3090, these are the world’s first external graphics cards with cooling liquid, specifically from the company’s Waterforce system. It consists of a radiator of 550 mm radiator with two 120 fans, pump and block water to cool both the GPU and the VRMs, MOSFETs and GDDR6x memory chips.

It also includes its own power supply of 550 W, all in a box of 30 x 11 x 17 centimeters and a weight of 3.8 Kg. It has three displayport outputs, two HDMI, one Ethernet output and two USB-A, in addition to USB-C for Thunderbolt. Two removable dust filters will allow cleaning from both sides.

At the moment its price is unknown.
