According to the latest report by the editors of the Korean website The Elec, Apple’s tablet portfolio is about to change. The devices from the iPad Pro series are to receive completely new displays made in Mini-LED and OLED technology. So if you are considering buying a tablet from the Pro line with the logo of a bitten apple on the housing, you should wait until next year. Then the manufacturer’s offer will be enriched with two proposals that have a chance to mix up on the market. At least, this is the result of the information that does not only confirm previous reports, but also expand them with new issues. So let’s see why it’s worth waiting for the new iPad Pro for a year 2021.

In 2021 of the year, Apple iPad Pro tablets will receive a considerable refreshment. The devices will feature Mini-LED and OLED displays. We know who will be responsible for their component production.

Apple iPad 8 test 2020: Affordable iOS tablet

Tablets are now experiencing a second youth. Taught by experience with this type of solutions, I dare say that only Samsung and Apple devices are a sensible choice. The latter manufacturer has been gradually expanding its product portfolio not only with higher-priced models, but also quite affordable variants 10. 2, Mini or Air . Nevertheless, the Pro series tablets, which are the first to receive the latest technologies, are a demonstration of the power of American technical thought. It will be no different with the offer of the giant from Cupertino next year.

iPad Pro 2020 taken apart by iFixit. The effect obtained is not impressive

In the first half of the year 2021 the iPad Pro with a Mini-LED screen will hit the market, which will allow selective illumination of a part of the panel. This is a significant change compared to the previous generation, while the technology will still not have a start to OLEDs. Speaking of which … Apple iPad Pro with an OLED display will not appear until the second half of next year and Samsung will most likely be responsible for its delivery. Interestingly, it is not certain whether the screen will go to all Pro variants or only to its larger version. Anyway, after abandoning IPS in iPhones 12 and later, I think, such a decision seems to be dictated by reason.
