ASUS today announced its line of graphics cards ROG Strix and TUF Gaming based on the new GPUs from AMD, the Radeon RX 6800 and RX 6800 XT . These cards arrive, among other things, with the new RDNA2 architecture and judging by the information we could see in the AMD presentation, they will become a great rival for NVIDIA products .
Both RX 6800 and RX 6800 XT will have their respective ROG and TUF versions , although it is true that the ROG version it will be different between the two, because if well the RX 6800 will have a heatsink by air triple fan with a thickness of 2.9 slots , the ROG model of the RX 6800 XT will feature a hybrid cooling system consisting of a board mounted block with a turbine to cool components such as VRMs and a liquid cooling system with a 240 mm radiator to evacuate all the heat from the card effectively .
With regard to the TUF versions, we see how they are air-cooled cards with a system of triple alternative rotation fan that will reduce air turbulence, and therefore noise. This heatsink, also with 2.9 slots , has only one line illuminated with RGB, unlike the ROG Strix versions , which are much more colorful.
For now the prices of these cards are unknown.
