ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra 12 GB – new graphics card on the first graphics. NVIDIA is preparing a response to the Radeon RX 6700
Source: Pure PC added 07th Jan 2021The CES fair will be held soon 2021, during which several very interesting and important premieres are to take place. First of all, we finally get to know 11. generation of Intel Core processors and motherboards intended for them, but it will also be interesting in the GPU category. NVIDIA plans to unveil new graphics cards that use the Ampere architecture. So far, there has been a lot of talk about GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 20 GB of VRAM and medium-budget RTX 3060 with 12 GB VRAM. The latest news from WCCFTech, however, indicates that there is a little surprise in store. The graphics of the ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra graphics card has just appeared 12 GB to be positioned higher than GeForce RTX 3060 Ti.
We hear about the GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra for the first time. Inside, another variant of the GA core 104 is to be found, and the system is to cost 449 dollars.

ASUS confirms: GeForce RTX graphics cards 3080 Ti with will debut soon. GB VRAM and GeForce RTX 3060 with 12 GB VRAM
ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra 12 GB is of course a non-reference model, which is characterized by the company’s clocked up clocks and proprietary system The biggest mystery, however, is the specification of the card, because we are hearing about the Ultra variant for the first time. According to the source, the next version of the GA core is to be inside 2021 produced in 8 nm lithography (the same core powers the RTX 3070 and RTX 3060 Ti). On board we find 12 GB of GDDR6 memory of unknown bandwidth, which can be based on the bus 192 – or 256 – bit.

What’s most interesting, GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra is to be a graphics card stronger than RTX 3060 Ti, but slightly weaker than RTX 3070. There is not much difference in performance between these units already, so it will get quite cramped in this segment. The new GeForce is to be priced at 449 dollars, i.e. the price should fit perfectly between the cards mentioned. It is also worth noting that the Ultra nomenclature will return to NVIDIA’s offer because of a very long break (the last time they were used for the 8800 Ultra). Does that mean the end of SUPER? We’ll find out soon. We look forward to hearing more.
