Asus has unveiled products for many product segments at the CES 2021 virtual fair, but perhaps the most interesting of the company’s innovations can be found on the display side. The company’s new ROG Swift PG 32 UQ brings the much-needed HDMI 2.1 support to computer monitors. According to the company, the display is also suitable as a friend of the first-class very new consoles.

Asus ROG Swift PG 32 UQ is as the name implies 32 – inch screen. The IPS panel of the monitor serves the user with 3840 × 2160 – i.e. 4K resolution, as much as 144 Hertz refresh rate and DisplayHDR 600 certificate. The panel is said to provide a 1 millisecond GtG-to-Gray response time and to be able to reproduce 98% of the DCI-P3 color space.

The PG 32 UQ is equipped with two HDMI 2.1 interfaces directly for consoles, in addition to which DisplayPort 1.4 is available for PC users. The monitor supports via HDMI 2.1 120 and DisplayPort using DSC (Display Stream Compression) technology 144 Hertz refresh rate

Supported for variable refresh rate are HDMI VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and FreeSync Premium Pro, in addition to which the monitor is currently being certified as G-Sync Compatible. The monitor also supports Asus’ own ELMB Sync technology, which reduces motion blur with variable refresh rate, and Variable Overdrive technology, which reduces pixel response time.
