Capture One 21 is the new version of the well-known photo editing software recently released. The company announced many new features starting with the user interface as well as improving overall performance and adding new features to help content creators. Here’s what you need to know.

What’s new in Capture One 21
Among the new features we find the function called Speed Edit which allows you to edit in a faster way through hot keys a and arrows on the keyboard for quick changes. All without touching the interface sliders. Batch editing of photographs is also supported.
With Dehaze you can sharpen the photos going to act on the problems related to atmospheric conditions during shooting. The potential of Dehaze exploits new analysis algorithms to adjust parameters such as contrast, saturation and others for improve image quality.
Asset Management is more powerful and therefore allows you to browse large collections of photographs without wasting time in processing. Importing files is also quicker and easier and there are also high resolution previews.
Capture One 21 then has a new way to explain the functionality of the various tools to newcomers to the program, allowing them to be used at their best. However, this new mode can be deactivated in the preferences section (for more experienced users). Also for beginners there is a new tutorial section to learn how to improve their skills.
There is no lack of support for HEIC 8 bit files for Apple devices and they are supported beyond 500 cameras and beyond 500 lenses (and arrives support also for Leica with SL2 and S3). This allows you to extract the best from RAW files.
The prices of Capture One 21 are equal to 24 euro / month (each camera), 11 euro / month (for Fujifilm), 11 euro / month (for Sony), 11 euro / month for Nikon. For those who do not want a monthly subscription, you can choose the full license for 349 euro (each camera) o 149 euro (for the three versions of the individual manufacturers). Capture One Pro Multi-User instead has a base price of 459 euro while the Enterprise version starts from 299 EUR.
