Last August, Lenovo presented the Lenovo Tab P 10 Pro tablet – almost six months later, the basic version without the suffix “Pro”. The Lenovo Tab P 11 is a technically significantly stripped down version of the tablet introduced last year. This results in a significant price reduction: The Tab P 11 Pro cost 700 Euro, the tab 11 should only 250 Euros.

This aggressive price reduction is associated with a loss of quality in the display. The tab P 11 has with 11 Inch a slightly smaller screen that starts with 1. 200 × 2. 000 pixels also have a lower resolution. The display of the Tab P 11 is an IPS, not like the tab 11 Pro around an OLED panel.

Heart of the Tab P 11 from Lenovo is a Snapdragon 662 with two four cores, the cheapest version with 4 GB of RAM To be available. Depending on the version, the internal storage space is between 64 and 128 GByte. It can be expanded using a microSD card. The battery has a capacity of 7500 mAh.

Pen and keyboard included At a price of 250 Euro not a matter of course: The Lenovo Tab P 11 both a stylus and a keyboard cover for typing are included, which have to be purchased for a three-digit amount on many other tablets. The Lenovo Tab P 11 should be available in January.

Nevertheless, the Tab P 11 not the cheapest tablet Lenovo has on offer. Also last August, the Chinese manufacturer announced different variants of the Tab M 10 HD 2, some of which only 160 Euro. Compared to the Tab P 11 these models have a smaller display, a significantly lower resolution and a weaker processor.
