CES: ThinkBook Plus gets a larger second e-ink screen

Lenovo is now presenting the second generation at CES.
With it, not only the internal components are upgraded to the eleventh Core-i generation and the associated connectivity (Wi-Fi 6, Thunderbolt 4) renewed: The e-ink display was enlarged to 10 inches and now offers significantly more Image or work surface. In addition, the pen can now be stowed in the housing. The main screen has also been upgraded: The 13, 3-inch display now has the more work-friendly aspect ratio of 16: 10. Both panels show 2560 × 1600 points .
On the outside of the lid of the ThinkBook Plus you will find an E that can be operated with a pen and finger -Ink second screen.

Lenovo promises battery runtimes of for the 1.3 kilogram light and less than one and a half centimeter flat notebook hours (main screen) or 24 Hours (e-ink usage). The battery can be filled with a USB-C power supply unit as well as with an optional wireless charging mat.
Das ThinkBook Plus i Gen2 should be available from the end of May at prices from 1310 euros. Under the name ThinkBook 13 xi, there will also be a slightly flatter and lighter sister model from the end of June, which is technically corresponds to the ThinkBook Plus without a second E-Ink screen. Its prices start at 1310 euros.
AMD-ThinkBooks While all previous ThinkBooks were equipped with Intel processors, the AMD variants ThinkBook 14 p and 16 p. Small catch: While the ThinkBook 15 p with potent Ryzen – 5000 – processors, optional GeForce RTX GPUs and calibrated to sRGB color space 16-Inch-16: 10 – Screen in this country at the end of June at prices from 1310 Euro should be available, it will be the 14 – Zöller ThinkBook 14 p with optional OLED screen according to the current state of affairs in this country.
