On the occasion of the all-digital version of the CES 2021 we met Massimo Arioli from dynabook who introduced us to the new products, many of them based on the new Intel Core processors from 11 but generation, and in the future it has not excluded entry into the consumer market. If the return to the consumer market is a medium-term goal, already in the coming months we will be able to see the arrival of Satellite Pro models with AMD processors. In general, dynabook’s product portfolio is already very complex today and covers all segments of the business market. The arrival of the new generation of 11th generation Intel processors has pushed dynabook has revamped its portfolio, updating various ranges of notebooks with the latest CPUs from the microchip giant. dynabook renews the Portégé X notebook range
The dynabook Portégé X series of notebooks, the one intended for business users, is the first to feature 11th Gen Intel Core processors and these laptops are available for purchase right now. It includes the Portégé X 30 WJ , convertible from 13, 3 “, compliant with Intel Evo specifications, and therefore in able to offer high autonomy (16 hours declared), to recharge quickly and to wake up from standby in less than a second. Integra Thunderbolt 4 and supports the standard for wireless communications WiFi 6 .
Portégé X 30 WJ can mount Intel new generation Core i5 or i7 CPU, flanked by a maximum of 32 GB of RAM. One of the characteristics that distinguish it is the adoption of a matte screen Full HD IGZO able to guarantee a maximum brightness of 470 nit, so you can work even in bright light conditions, for example when you are outdoors. Being a business tool, particular attention has been given to security, so much so that this notebook is part of the company’s Secured-Core PC solutions portfolio.
In addition to Portégé X 16 WJ, also Portégé X 30 L – J and Portégé X 40 – J have been updated with the latest Intel processors. The first is the counterpart of X 30 WJ in standard format (non-convertible), while the second is a notebook with a 14 “weighing 1.4 kg, which can boast an autonomy of 14 hours at remarkable silence, thanks to a renewed cooling system.
Satellite Pro and Tecra laptops with 11th generation Intel CPU are coming
The range Portégé X is not the only dynabook to undergo a refresh: even notebooks Tecra A 30 – J and the Satellite Pro L 50 – J will mount the new CPUs, while Satellite Pro C 40 – G was updated with 10th generation Intel Celeron processor , so as to offer an economical solution that is still able to offer high performance.
These are computers designed to meet the needs of students and workers, equipped with chassis resistant and high brightness anti-glare screens.
TO30 – J is the most portable thanks to a 13, 3 “, a weight less than 1.2 kg and an autonomy of 14 hours of use. L 50 – J weighs a little more (1.7 kg), but integrates a screen of 17 “and can work away from the power outlet for about 10 hours. C 40 – G is an intermediate solution for weight and dimensions: it is a 14 “weighing 1. 55 kg capable of offering up to 8 hours of autonomy. What distinguishes this model of Satellite is the antibacterial coating, which according to the company is in able to offer a level of protection of 99, 9%, avoiding that laptop surfaces are breeding grounds for bacteria.
