Enel X and IP have announced a new agreement that will lead to installation of a network of ultrafast stations at the intern or IP service stations . These are seven recharging infrastructures HPC , positioned inside important IP branded refueling areas , which are part of the European project ?? E-VIA FLEX-E ?? , coordinated by Enel X in collaboration with EDF, Enedis, Verbund, Nissan, Groupe Renault and Ibil and co-financed by European Commission as part of the call Connecting Europe Facility Transport 2016. Four ultrafast sites in Spain and two in France will also be created through this program.

The first three ultra-fast charging stations up to 350 kW are already operational at the IP service stations of Peschiera del Garda, in the province of Verona, of Zanica (Bergamo) and Biandrate (Novara) where it is possible to recharge at the same time four vehicles in approximately 15 minutes . To these will be added another four in the course of 2021. Thanks to this project, Enel X becomes the first CPO in Italy (Charge Point Operator) able to manage all types of chargers on the market.

Charging stations in 350 kW represent a fundamental requirement to be able to definitively realize the transition to electric mobility, because the only ones capable of recharging modern vehicles quickly.
