Star Wars Epic Electronic Arts
Christmas has been over for a while, but Epic Games continues to shower gifts for its Store users. Players who access the marketplace in the next few days will have the opportunity to get another free title: this time we talk about Star Wars Battlefront II , the latest shooter dedicated to the iconic sci-fi franchise, and the first triple-A gifted by Epic in this one 2021.
Star Wars Battlefront II: free Celebration Edition
As announced by Epic itself a few hours ago, PC users will be able to redeem their copy of Battlefront II from Thursday 14 January , starting at 17. The promotion is valid only until 21 January , the day on which the DICE title will give way to another game.
The gift granted by Epic and Electronic Arts corresponds to the Celebration Edition of the multiplayer shooter set in the Star Wars universe. Released in December 2019, this edition includes all customization content available in-game, including add-ons. on taken from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (Episode VII).
As read on the official EA website, Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition contains the base game – updated to the latest version available – more than 25 Appearances for Heroes and 125 skin for soldiers, to which must be added further 100 emote and 70 victorious poses.
For those who want to experience DICE’s first-person shooter experience, or show off your look between one battle and another, there is no better opportunity than the one proposed by Epic.
We recall that, just over three years ago , Star Wars Battlefront II was criticized for its (intrusive) system of microtransactions , often compared to the game of gambling; the same system was removed entirely from EA the day before the game’s official launch.
