Epic Games has certainly not stopped with the digs aimed at the new rival Apple. The latest move by the Fortnite developer sees the direct participation of Samsung and the indirect participation of influencers: a #FreeFortnite themed gift pack, with a jacket and a Galaxy S7 tablet.

It has been a while since there was talk of the incessant war between Apple and Epic Games . The two titans clashed months ago on the battlefield of Fortnite , game removed from the App Store after violating the strict rules of the Apple marketplace. As reported by Greg Miller, former editor of IGN US and co-founder of Kinda Funny, the package sent by Epic contains a brand new tablet – a Samsung Galaxy S7 – and a jacket that sports the #FreeFortnite logo, complete with a rainbow.

We are not surprised by the involvement of Samsung , after all we are talking about Apple’s rival for that that concerns the mobile market, but there is more: the South Korean giant has made available its Galaxy Store for the free Fortnite download. With the removal of the game from the Google Play Store, users can still rely on Samsung to be able to install and update Epic Games’ battle royale, without worrying about further bans.
