AVM took its time with the first Wi-Fi 6-capable Fritzbox for xDSL Internet connections: the model 6660 for cable Internet was already beginning 2020. Now the Fritzbox 7530 AX follows. On the WLAN side in the 5 GHz band with three instead of two MIMO streams, it is even somewhat better equipped than the first version of the Wi-Fi 6.

A USB port can be used to connect mass storage devices or printers to share them in the (W) LAN. The Fritzbox 7530 AX should come on the market in November, be equipped with the current FritzOS 7.2x and 169 cost euros.
