Fujifilm unveiled the new Fujinon Premista professional film lens 19 – 45 mmT2.9 which allows you to take advantage of cameras with Large Format sensors and to have a high quality shooting. ??
in these hours – 45 mmT2.9 which promises excellent performance by focusing in particular on the bokeh . The company will make it available from 28 January 2021 (the price is available only on request) thus becoming the third model in the Premista lens series.
Fujinon Premista’s technical features 19 – 45 mmT2.9
This new lens supports Large Format type sensors (equal to 43,2-46, 3mm and above Super 35 mm) and related professional video cameras. Fujifilm has focused heavily on achieving high resolution, rich tones even in HDR and, as written above, a nice bokeh effect.
Thanks to this addition, the range of professional film lenses allows you to cover focal lengths from 19 to 250 mm. This offers shooting flexibility by allowing you to switch between wide-angle and zoom lenses. Fujinon Premista 15 – 45 mmT2.9 has a constant T-stop of 2.9 over the entire focal length. The diaphragm has 13 blades with an almost circular aperture perfect. They are also minimized ghost and flare .
Inside we find large aspherical lenses and in general the optical system (with carefully polished optical parts) allows for a large sharpness. The lens body has dimensions of 228 mm with a weight of 3.3 kg . A weight of this type allows the use of a Steadicam or a crane without stressing the mechanical parts.
As regards the size, the diameter and the position of the rings, it is the same as that of other Premista lenses, allowing the same accessories to be used. Furthermore, having to be used in the professional field, ZEISS eXtended Data are supported so as to record metadata during recording, improving editing and post-production.
