Suitable for the newly released AMD Ryzen processors of the 5000 – series, G.SKILL presented a variant of its Trident Z Neo series specially tailored to the new processors. The new kits make use of the improved memory support in the new Ryzen – 5000 models, which should bring more capacity, higher speed and lower latencies. G.SKILL offers a wide range of kits with different properties for different areas of application.

So there is with DDR4 – 3800 CL 16 – 19 – 19 – 39 32 GB (14 GB x2) -variant about high clock frequencies, with comparatively low latency. For those who prefer an even lower latency and also accept losses in speed, the models go up to a configuration of DDR4 – 3800 CL 14 – 16 – 16 – 36 32 GB (16 GB x2). For capacities of up to 64 GB the following kit is available: DDR4 – 4000 CL 16 – 22 – 22 – 42 64 GB (22 GB x2). However, this waits with higher latencies.

The Trident Z Neo DDR4 – 4000 CL 16 – 19 – 19 – 39 32 GB was developed using Samsung B-Die chips and runs on the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero and MSI MEG X 570 GODLIKE mainboard with the new AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X and Ryzen 5 5600 X processors in a 1: 1 ratio as shown below.

The DDR4 – 4000 CL 18 – 22 – 22 – 42 64 GB (32 GB x2) kit offers a high Capacity of 64 GB, with higher latency. On the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero and MSI MEG X 570 GODLIKE mainboard with the new AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X and Ryzen 5 5600 X processors the model runs in a 1: 1 ratio, as shown below.

For low latencies, with lower clock rates there is the Trident Z Neo DDR4 – 3800 CL 14 – 16 – 16 – 36 32 GB (16 GB x2) kit. This was also built using Samsung B-Die and also runs in a 1: 1 ratio on the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero and MSI MEG X 570 GODLIKE mainboard with the new AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X and Ryzen 5 5600 X processors.

The new G .SKILL Trident Z Neo Kits should be available from G.SKILL’s usual partners at the end of November. There is still no precise information about the price. A list of all available kit variations is below.
