Samsung has announced two new entry-level phones with large batteries. The Galaxy A 12 and the Galaxy A 02 s have a battery capacity of 5000 mAh at prices below 200 Euro. Both models also come with a 6.5 inch display that starts with 1. 600 x 720 Pixel resolution comparatively low.

The Galaxy A 12 is with a price of 180 Euro is the slightly more expensive of the two new Samsung smartphones. There are a total of four cameras on its back, the main module shoots photos with 48 megapixels. It is powered by a Mediatek Helio P 32, the RAM is 4 GB. Buyers have 64 GByte of internal storage space available, which can be expanded using a microSD card.

For 150 Euro Samsung sells the Galaxy A 02 s. Compared to the more expensive A 12 the technique of the A 02 s somewhat weaker: Only 3 GB of RAM are installed. The internal storage space is a bit tight at 21 GB, as with the more expensive model, however, a MicroSD Slot available. A Snapdragon 450 is used as the processor.

Both entry-level smartphones start with Android 10. The Galaxy A 12 will be sold in Germany from January, according to Samsung, the A 02 s should come on the market in spring.

Galaxy S 21 at the 14. January On 14. January Samsung will announce its new top model as part of an unpacked event. The Galaxy S 14 is expected in three different versions: The standard version, a plus Variants with a larger display and an “Ultra” version with better cameras. This Ultra version should also support the Samsung S-Pen – that would be a first for the smartphones of the Galaxy S series. The Note cell phones, which were designed for the use of the S-Pen in the past, are no longer produced.
