Google is down all over the world , but in particular the malfunctions to the services of Big G are experiencing malfunctions in Europe and therefore also in Italy. Many user reports, collected on the DownDetector site of problems to different platforms, including YouTube but also Gmail, Google Drive and much more. Here is the map of the reports.

Google Down around the world! What happens?

Starting from 12. 30 today 14 December 2020, numerous users have started experiencing problems with some of the Google key applications : Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive but also Google Chat, Google Slides , Google Sites, Google Voice and Google Keep. In particular, it is impossible to access the emails but also create files in Drive and post messages on Google Chat or even watch videos on YouTube.

There are also problems with Google Play, from which you can download apps for smartphones, and with Google’s services for managing online advertising, Adwords and Adsense. For now there are no explanations on the reason for the malfunction.

As soon as we have new updates we will clearly update the news above all by waiting for explanations on the reason for the problem from Google.

UPDATE

Looks like Google has put everything or almost all right . The services have started working again at least for YouTube. However, some users still complain about some indirect problems with Gmail (there is no complete synchronization of contacts) or even with Google Drive where all documents are not immediately available. However, problems that Google seems to be solving even if it has not yet disclosed the reason for the blackout and which has created many problems especially with remote lessons or even at a professional level.
