Therefore it makes sense to strive for the “paperless office” just to conserve our resources. The term primarily refers to digital document management. With Devonthink you can conveniently collect fragments of information from the Internet, save entire web content, PDFs, scans of invoices, screenshots and much more. Thanks to the “artificial intelligence” with which it processes documents and inserted content, the program goes far beyond just managing documents.

The databases of Devonthink With Devonthink you organize your documents in databases. This means, on the one hand, the storage location for documents in the user folder (standard: ~ / databases) and, on the other hand, the location in the program interface where you organize your document inventory.
