Rainald quantity-solar day This year the building IoT takes place on 24. and 25. March for the sixth time. However, the organizers heise Developer , iX and dpunkt.verlag will host the developer conference as an online event for the first time. In addition to the two conference days, additional workshops are planned.

The building IoT 45 is aimed at IT professionals, the applications and Create products for the Internet of Things. Only the browser is required to participate in the online event. All participants receive access to the live stream and afterwards access to the video archive with all lectures. Questions can be introduced via text or video chat.

The call for proposals runs until . January 2021, and we are looking for lectures with a length of 45 minutes as well as full-day workshops. Possible topics are:

Protocols and communication standard Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 Security and Safety Testing of IoT platforms Data analysis and machine learning Cloud platforms and their connection Edge and Fog Computing Data protection and legal aspects Experience reports are particularly welcome.
