A lot of relevant information is in unstructured texts: e-mails from customers, contracts with partners, social media postings and product reviews on the Internet. With Natural Language Processing (NLP), clustering, topic modeling, classifications and universal embeddings, numerous methods are now available for the automated analysis of large amounts of text. This allows mails to be pre-sorted, sentiments in social networks to be tracked, contract texts to be classified and much more. Architects and data scientists using practical examples on how to prepare texts for analysis and statistically analyze them, how to model different subject areas in texts using methods of unsupervised learning and how to analyze and classify texts using methods of supervised learning.

The workshop will take place from 17. to 20.11. as an online course. You can comfortably participate from your desk with a browser and headset. It is limited to 15 participants in order to leave enough space for individual support, questions and discussions. The speaker Dr. Christian Winkler is a data scientist and machine learning architect and has been working in the field of large amounts of data and artificial intelligence for 20 years.
