Over three days, admins use practical examples to learn how to manage their IT infrastructure centrally with Salt and how to implement complex automation tasks.

Salt is a modern framework for the central con fi guration management of the entire IT infrastructure. Its event-driven architecture enables complex automation tasks. This three-day online course explains the concept behind Salt to admins and offers a comprehensive introduction to its possibilities using practical examples and many exercises. You will get to know the Salt architecture, the installation and operation, the handling of the different types of Salt modules and the Salt event system.

The online workshop Saltstack – Installation, configuration, automation will take place from February 2nd to 4th 2021 via web conference, for the practical exercises remotely accessible test systems are available. You can comfortably participate with the browser from home or from work. The course is limited to participants in order to ensure intensive supervision and sufficient space for the participants’ questions.
