Huawei unveiled its new Kirin 9000 state-of-the-art circuit system with 5 nm process

The novelty circuit is, at least on paper, the most powerful Android system circuit currently available

Huawei has just unveiled its new Kirin 9000 system circuit, which is the successor to the Kirin 990 model released last year. 15, the 3 billion transistor circuit is the first system circuit with an integrated 5G modem to be manufactured on the market with a five-nanometer EUV process.

The eight processor cores of the circuit are divided into three groups – one 3, 13 GHz Cortex-A 77 core, three 2, 54 GHz Cortex-A 77 cores and four 2, 78 cores Cortex-A 55 core up to GHz. Processor performance is reported to be 10% better than Snapdragon 865 +.

Mali-G 78 – the graphics processor is running 24 – kernel version and it is praised to be as much as % faster than Snapdragon 865 +. Three-core (2 large cores, 1 small) NPUs, in turn, are said to be 2.4 times faster than the worst competitor. The performance of the revamped six-generation image processor (ISP 6.0) is reported to have improved 50% compared to Kirin 990.
