Introduction Today Intel’s Memory & Storage Moment 2020 occurred. The manufacturer has announced no less than six new products. Three of these belong to the Optane family, including an enterprise SSD, hybrid SSD, and the new generation Optane dimms. Then there are three new SSDs, which have 3D nand chips with 144 layers.

The Intel Optane SSD P 5800 X

Most of the products are aimed at the business market. For example, the Optane P 5800 X-ssd stands out, with which Intel claims the title of the fastest enterprise sdd with pcie 4.0 x4. While this statement is correct, it is not the fastest SSD in the world, more on that on the next page.

However, new consumer SSDs have also been unveiled, including the Optane Memory H 20 and 670 p. These are also discussed in this article.
