Lenovo Legion Slim 7 – laptop with AMD Ryzen 9 4900H and RTX 2060
Source: Pure PC added 24th Oct 2020A few weeks ago, Lenovo revealed the first information about the Legion Slim 7 gaming laptop, which is the slimmest representative of the Legion series and one of the lightest gaming laptops ever. Then, however, information was provided about variants with Intel Core processors generation. Now the manufacturer has presented new variants that are equipped with AMD Ryzen series APUs 4000. We expect efficient Renoir processors in a duet with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics card 2060 and unfortunately after once again it will be the most efficient GPU paired with AMD Ryzen processors 4000. What else is characterized by the new Lenovo Legion Slim 7? Let’s check the official specification of the manufacturer.
Lenovo revealed the specification of the Legion Slim 7 laptop with AMD Ryzen 4000 H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics card 2060 Max-Q Design.
New Lenovo Legion Slim 7 will be equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 4600 H, AMD Ryzen 7 4800 H and AMD Ryzen 9 4900 H. There will be NVIDIA GeForce GTX graphics cards on board 1650 Ti, GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Max-Q and GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q. The last of these cards additionally supports both hardware Ray Tracing and DLSS 2.0 acceleration. The equipment will also be equipped with up to 32 GB RAM DDR4 3200 MHz. Certainly, many are concerned about the quality of the matrix, which could be noticeably worse than in the variants with Intel. Fortunately, not this time – the manufacturer has prepared 3 panels, including two with Full HD resolution and one Ultra HD 4K. All matrices also support HDR Dolby Vision and have 99% sRGB color space coverage.

Laptop on the board also has two 2W speakers, tuned by Harman & Kardon. The speakers also support the spatial Dolby Atmos format. Despite the very slim dimensions (weight is less than 1.9 kg), inside there is quite a large battery with a capacity 71 Wh, which should allow up to 8 hours of operation away from a power outlet. There is also fast wireless WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 will go on sale globally later this month, but don’t expect a low price. This one will start with 1369, 99 dollars, or approx. 5300 PLN excluding VAT.
