Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Other EA Games Are Delayed on Xbox Game Pass for PC
Source: Pure PC added 15th Dec 2020EA Play and Xbox Game Pass for PC were due to be merged today, i.e. 15 December, over a month after console users. Unfortunately, something did not go well for both companies, because instead of new games in the offer of the very popular Microsoft service, it was unexpectedly announced that there would be a slide. Footwear that you don’t even know how long it will last. The official press release suggests that it could be quite significant as no approximate date was even given. Moreover, it was announced that new details will be disclosed at the beginning 2021 of the year. Unfortunately, we have learned no specific reason for the delay other than the laconic, meaningless statement about the desire to provide the right experience for Xbox Game Pass PC subscribers.
EA Play will not be launched as planned for Xbox Game Pass subscription for PC. Microsoft announced a delay and set a new date for an indefinite period 2021 of the year. Unfortunately, we do not know the specific reasons for the landslide.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is coming to EA Play and Xbox Game Pass
As EA Play is included in the Xbox Game Pass subscription, subscribers will need to sign up for an Origin account / EA Desktop and link them to your Microsoft account. It is possible that the decline is related to the need to use an external application, which resulted in technical problems with the integration of both services and their correct operation after the connection. It is surprising, however, that it was decided to announce the delay only on the day of the merger, which was postponed to an indefinite period 2021 of the year. It is not known if it will hit in January, but next month we should expect at least a new announcement on this matter. You have to be patient.
