Microsoft Surface Pro 8 – we know the appearance and specification of the 2in1 hybrid
Source: Pure PC added 02nd Nov 2020This year we did not see the premiere of new devices Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 and Surface Pro 8. We have known for a long time that the manufacturer is working on both laptops, which will be equipped with Intel Tiger Lake and AMD Renoir processors. This year we saw the premiere of the cheaper Surface Laptop Go model and the second generation Surface Pro X hybrid device. Meanwhile, at one of the auctions on Ebay you can buy … Surface Pro 8, although the equipment has not even been officially announced. How is this possible? It turns out that one early version of the device was smuggled out of the company and released for sale. The photos show the running equipment with some specifics details. As we assumed, the eighth generation of the popular hybrid will be equipped with Intel Tiger Lake systems.
Thanks to the online auction on Ebay, we got to know specific details about the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 hybrid device.
From the outside, Microsoft Surface Pro 8 looks practically identical to its predecessor. Therefore, there will be no significant changes compared to last year’s version and Surface Pro 8 will still not get a more attractive appearance compared to Surface Pro X. The version that appeared on the network was equipped with a dedicated blue keyboard, which looks interesting in combination with the silver color main tablet case. We also got to know some details about the technical specifications of the American company.
Everything is powered by a 4-core and 8-thread Intel Core i7 processor – 1165 G7 with integrated Iris Xe Graphics clocked clock 1300 MHz. We also have a maximum 32 GB of LPDDR4x memory clocked 4267 MHz. The equipment was also equipped with a Samsung MZ9LQ1T0HALB SSD carrier – 00000 with a capacity of 1 TB. On the auction website, you could also see information about the PixelSense screen resolution, which is 2736 x 1824 pixels. So it looks like Surface Pro 8 will only be a slight evolution of its predecessor. However, we have to wait for the official debut until 2021.
