To celebrate the launch of Minecraft with RTX , NVIDIA has decided to release 2 new worlds , thus arriving at a total of 15 maps . The first of the worlds released and available on the Minecraft marketplace is a faithful recreation of the majestic Colosseum of Rome , renamed for l ?? occasion ?? Colosseum RTX ?? .

This new map was made by BANV , a completely Italian team of builders who in the last six months worked with NVIDIA to create a map capable of faithfully reproducing the architectural symbol of our country. The BANV team is primarily concerned with reproducing buildings of historical interest on Minecraft for educational purposes as well, and for this reason the Colosseum RTX world was developed with the idea of ​​showing the monument as it looked when it was at the height of its glory . The external structure has been carefully reproduced, while in the internal sections the team has given vent to its creativity, proposing different environments able to highlight the characteristics of the ray-tracing .

AIV has also collaborated in the project ?? Accademia Italiana Videogiochi , which worked on a dedicated RTX texture pack by reworking more than 100 blocks present in Minecraft.
