Those who have not yet proceeded with the purchase can pre-register to obtain a refund but beware: as specified on the site, “ The pre-registration does not entitle you to any benefits, it serves the Ministry environment in order to quantify the resources for a timely refinancing of the Voucher for Mobility Experimental Program “.

Where you have used up in just over a day all the funds disbursed for the mobility voucher ( 215 millions of euros ) – allocated to a discount of 60% for anyone who had bought a bike (including pedal assisted) or an electric scooter or equivalent – the executive decided to retrace its steps and refinance the measure, making the bike bonus accessible not only to first-time arrivals but to all those who have purchased a micro-mobility device between May 4th and November 2nd.
