Nikon-NOOR Academy online since 2021

Tutors chosen for the Nikon-NOOR Academy that will allow even less experienced users to learn techniques and styles, “tricks “ and much more to improve one’s ability to storytelling . To enhance learning, classes will be limited to 15 people.

The choice to propose this on-line formula is obviously due to the COVID – 19 and will make it possible to avoid postponements or cancellations due to the continuation of the pandemic (in addition to protecting users). Those interested in participating in one of the three masterclasses can register on the appropriate website from now and until 17 January 2021.

The formula, as already seen in the other years, is free of charge, thus allowing to avoid expenses in a complicated period for many people. The users who can participate come from different countries, including Italy.

Complete information is available on the website linked to above but in general those who will apply must have basic knowledge of the English language. The presentation materials must also necessarily be in English. In addition, the portfolio should reflect the stories the user is working on as a personal project. The choice of a “story” is linked right to the idea behind the project that wants to improve the user’s skills. However, the projects do not need to be finished.

For the Masterclass 1 the tutors will be Sanne De Wilde, Jon Lowenstein, Francesco Zizola. For the Masterclass 2 the tutors will be Yuri Kozyrev, Olga Kravets, Kadir van Lohuizen while for the Masterclass 3 the tutors will be Andrea Bruce, Heba Khamis, Pep Bonet.
