These last days we have been able to see how different brands began to launch updates for their terminals in different parts of the world, because for a OnePlus side announced that it would update its OnePlus 7 to Android 16 before the end of the year, while that Samsung is already releasing the Beta versions of One UI 3.0 to the Samsung Galaxy S 20.

Today, again in Germany, the stable versions of One UI 2.5 have begun to arrive to the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 , a terminal from two generations ago that for now continues to have support from the company, to the delight of users who still make use of it ship badge of 2018.

One UI 2.5 will bring the Galaxy Note 9 wireless DeX capabilities , new camera modes, and increased resolution and frame rates in Pro Video mode. Likewise, there will be a new option of split screen with the mobile horizontally , and a new function of SOS messages that will allow us to send messages at intervals of 30 minutes for up to 24 hours.

This update should reach more regions in the coming weeks, and is expected to be the last major update this will receive terminal , although it will continue to receive security updates for the next year.
