New PEUGEOT 3008 can already be ordered in Italy and will be marketed from January 2021. We tried it in a test drive organized in Milan, and in the video on this page you will find the first impressions.
New 3008 can be chosen with engine plug-in hybrid, two or four-wheel drive , and with petrol or diesel engines , engines that enhance driving pleasure and maximize efficiency. It is the result of careful design work and redesign of some crucial components of the vehicle.
The new design combines refinement and technology: a redesigned front, new Full LED rear lights, colors that enhance the body shapes and a new option “Black Pack ?? to stand out further, which makes dark all the details. In the designer’s intentions, the checkerboard grille extends with flaps under the headlights to connect all the elements. Finally, on the tip of the front is the model monogram.
The headlights have also been redesigned to be more recognizable and to emphasize the evolution of style even more. They include LED technology from the first trim level of the range and are extended by the claw-shaped daytime running lights with chrome tip On GT and GT Pack models, Full headlights LEDs offer an even more technological and distinctive look, thanks to the extended light signature and the curved interior lighting function that optimizes visibility at speeds up to 90 kilometers per hour.
The Head-Up Digital Display from 12, 3 inches , fully customizable and configurable, has a digital panel with “Normally Black” technology for a high quality rendering for better readability and contrast. Furthermore, the new central touch screen today reaches a size of 10 inches.
The version Hybrid 4 is the result of the combination of an engine PureTech from 200 CV and 147 kilowatts and two electric motors: one front developing 110 horses and the second positioned on the rear axle that develops 112 horses. All-wheel drive, also available in Electric mode, allows for even better traction on difficult roads or terrain. As for the two-wheel drive model, HYBRID from 180 CV and 165 kilowatts, combine a PureTech engine from 160 HP with an electric motor of 110 CV. Both versions are based on the EMP2 platform and benefit from the multi-link rear axle.

- Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go function (when the EAT8 automatic transmission is present): a system which, in addition to automatically adjusting the speed while of the vehicle in front, allows you to stop the car and restart it if the stop is less than 3 seconds. If not, a simple push on the accelerator pedal or on the end of the cruise control control restarts the car. Available as part of the Drive Assist Plus package.
- Lane positioning assist (always combined with Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go function): this is the system that allows the driver to choose the position of the car inside his lane and to have the car keep it automatically, requesting just keeping your hands on the wheel.
