As announced last week, Epic Games Store has prepared a real firecracker for today. Actually: two firecrackers, because it’s hard to define any other free games like Pillars of Eternity Definitive Edition and Tyranny Gold Edition. Not only do we get two extensive and more importantly successful RPGs, especially when it comes to the first title, but also in the complete editions with all the DLCs released. The package of two expansions of The White March to Pillars of Eternity is especially worth attention and every fan of classic RPGs should not pass by them indifferently. According to some, the White March is even better than the base itself, as you will have the opportunity to find out by getting these games for free on the Epic Games Store from today.

Epic Games Store has prepared quite a treat today: from 17: 00 to 17 December, you can get Pillars of Eternity Definitive Edition and Tyranny Gold Edition for free from Obsidian Entertainment.

Game releases December 2020 – Cyberpunk 2077 , Worms, Sam & Max

Starting today from an hour 17: 00 you can assign for free to your Epic Games Store accounts for the following team-based RPGs: Pillars of Eternity Definitive Edition and Tyranny Gold Edition. The first title, released in March 2015 of the year, is one of the most funded projects on Kickstarter by Obsidian Entertainment studio. . The game was to be the spiritual successor to Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale, which was largely accomplished. Pillars of Eternity takes place in a fantasy world called Eora. Along with the extras, a game that has been rated average by critics 89% (see Metacritic) over 50 hours.

Pillars of Eternity is almost like Baldur’s Gate III – Review

Tyranny, also from Obsidian studio, came out a bit later – in November 2016 of the year – and got worse grades (80% on Metacritic), but many players liked the game more than the Pillars of Eternity. Tyranny is certainly distinguished by the possibility of incarnating to a greater extent in a bad character and climate straight from the Chronicles of the Black Company by Glen Cook. The game, however, is clearly less elaborate and shorter, and strongly focused on action (combat). Tyranny had the potential to be something much better, but the more condensed gameplay may appeal to players who are fed up with stretched adventures. The add-ons in the gold edition aren’t very successful and don’t add much new content. It’s time to add these RPGs to your Epic Games Store accounts until 17 December to at 17: 00 Polish time.
