AMD released new Radeon RX 6800 series graphics cards for sale yesterday. Indonesian overclocker Alva Jonathan, known by Lucky_n 00 n, has immediately taken the joy out of the new graphics card and, in a very exceptional way, took over HWBot’s record statistics in No. 1 in 3DMark Fire Strike

Lucky_n 00 bin 3DMark Fire Strike result is 47 932 points, which is enough to top HWBot’s 3DMark Fire Strike lists in one graphics circuit with a fair 200 one point difference before the Korean overclocker safedisk dropped to second place. What makes the result special is that where the result of the safedisk was run on a liquid nitrogen-cooled GeForce RTX 3090, there is Lucky_n 00 bin Radeon RX 6800 XT cooled only by its reference cooler. The video card was set to operate at 2650 MHz, but it does not describe the actual video frequency of the video card, which was clearly lower in the test.

Both have achieved results with a Ryzen 9 5950 X processor cooled with liquid nitrogen, but there has been a significant difference in their clock frequencies. Where the safedisk processor was running at the 5998 MHz test frequency, Lucky_n 00 was running its own Ryzen only at a clock frequency of 5423 MHz

Notably, the result of Lucky_n 00 bin is that the graphics tesselation settings were adjusted for the test run, which means that the result is not relevant to the official 3DMark result lists. HWBot’s rules on the matter are apparently looser, as the result has not been removed, although he mentioned the matter immediately. It is not known at this time whether any of the adjustments found in the UL Benchmarks blacklist have been used in the result driven by safedisk
