Razer Project Hazel – Transparent protective mask with RGB LEDs and electronic voice amplifier
Source: Pure PC added 14th Jan 2021The company, known for the production of devices and accessories for players, presented a novelty that fits perfectly into today’s pandemic reality. Razer Project Hazel is a so-called intelligent mask designed to protect, among other things, against COVID – 19. However, this is not the first piece of plastic on the edge, but quite a neat piece of equipment with some interesting solutions. Importantly, Project Hazel isn’t just for gamers. The accessory has a multicolored backlight using LEDs, but this is only an addition to other useful features of the creation, which is not a typical Razer product. What exactly does this “weird” gadget offer?
Razer Project Hazel is a new idea from a producer of gaming accessories. An intelligent mask filled with electronics is perfect for our pandemic reality.

We have been moving around the streets wearing masks for a long time and there is no indication that the situation is suddenly improve. Classic fabric masks and helmets have made us a bit more casual, which was clearly noticed by “technological” brands. A good example is Project Hazel, an intelligent protective mask from Razer, which uses useful functions and extras. The futuristic look of the gadget is enhanced by multicolored RGB LEDs and a partially transparent design revealing the user’s face.

But that’s not all, because Razer Project Hazel has a speaker that improves user communication with other people. The mask is characterized by protection confirmed by the N standard 95 and active ventilation allowing for unhindered breathing. Together with the Razer Project Hazel, customers will receive a special case that wirelessly charges the title accessory, while disinfecting the mask using UV rays. The price of the device is not known yet, but if it is set at a reasonable level, I predict the success of this crazy initiative.
