Retro gaming: Capcom announces Arcade Stadium for the Nintendo Switch
Source: Hardware Luxx added 13th Dec 2020In the course of this year’s Game Awards, the games company Capcom announced that it would be releasing the classic collection Capcom Arcade Stadium in February of next year. This collection should appear for the Nintendo Switch and contain a total of 32 retro games. In addition to Street Fighter 2, Dynasty Wars and Final Fight or 1941 Counter Attack can be played on the Nintendo console in the future. Retro fans can choose to buy up to three different arcade packages.
However, the packages only contain ten games: The title Ghost’n Goblins is available separately. Furthermore, a multiplayer mode for up to four players can be used for some classics. In addition, the developers made various adjustments. In addition to the game speed, these concern the level of difficulty and the display settings. Filters and various frames including some 3D versions of arcade machines are also available. With the new rewind feature it is possible to rewind every game.
