Set up and monitor loyalty programs with Salesforce

As Loyalty Management, Salesforce is a new service that companies can use to create loyalty programs. These can be aimed at both the B2C and B2B sectors – they can be set up using the same CRM dashboard.

The Service can be connected to Customer 360, the 2018 started Cloud platform from Salesforce, which integrates all available information about a customer. The loyalty offers can be personalized accordingly and data from loyalty management can be made available to other departments of the company.

Furthermore, those responsible can use the dashboard to measure the performance of their loyalty programs: Do not use loyalty points, then employees can intervene directly in ongoing promotions in order to offer greater incentives for redeeming them. The technical basis for this is the Tableau software, whose developer Salesforce 2019 for over 15 billions US dollar bought.

Salesforce plans to release Loyalty Management in February 2021. Further details can be found in the announcement of the service on the CRM provider’s US site, but it will also be available in Germany.
