Herny Cavill, the Superman of Man of Steel, is a well-known PC gamer and for the Christmas holidays has announced the latest upgrade of his system: the actor will switch from RTX 2080 Ti to RTX 3090. A good jump, useful for playing Cyberpunk 2077 of the “friends” of CD Projekt RED.

Henry Cavill , the Superman of Man of Steel or if you prefer the interpreter of Geralt in The Witcher , is a great fan of PC gaming and in the past months he had made us laugh by showing us his difficulties in assembling a new gaming platform. At the time the actor mounted a very respectable system based on a processor Ryzen liquid-cooled by a NZXT AIO, supported by a video card RTX 2080 Ti by Asus, all inside a Fractal Design Define 7 Compact case.
In the past few hours, dear Henry has posted on Instagram a photo of him together with a GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition , ready to be installed on your computer. “My Christmas break is getting closer and closer and some projects await me. The second is definitely the Christmas tree ?? “. He’ll probably use the holiday season and the new video card to play Cyberpunk 2077, the latest title from the creators of The Witcher. Or at least we like to think it will.
Well, you have to get ready: play with the RTX 3090 in 4K to Cyberpunk 2077 with Ultra ray tracing and a good frame rate requires enabling DLSS, at least on Performance. We know CD Projekt RED is working on a number of patches, so performance may increase over the next few weeks.
Ps. Have you noticed how proximity to the GeForce RTX alone 3090 improves ray traced light reproduction in Cavill’s pupils?
Ps2. We would like to point out to Superman that Nvidia green “kryptonite” could cause fatigue and dizziness. If so, switching to a Radeon may solve the problem.
