Teamgroup, manufacturer of memories and SSD units, has launched a new range of memories DDR4 RAM under the Zeus nomenclature , these being relatively conservative memories in terms of their frequencies and latencies, of up to 3200 MHz CL 20 , which also come without frills such as RGB lighting, so if we are looking for an alternative that simply does its job or is not even going to be seen, they are a great option, especially in systems where we do not need the maximum possible performance.
By On the one hand, we find desktop memories, with frequencies between 2666 and 3200 MHz and capacities up to 32 GB per memory module that will allow us to mount equipment with a high memory density in which a board standard base can accommodate up to 128 GB of memory without any problem, as long as the platform supports it.
Regarding SO-DIMM memories we are facing a similar situation, and it is that with frequencies of 2666 or 3200 MHz, and capacities between 8 and 32 GB , we can have an expansion path for portable or small equipment to be able to have memory figures that are not seen every day in this class of systems.
These memories come with a lifetime guarantee, but it is unknown what their prices will be for now, which indicate to be more economical.
