The Gala The Game Awards 2020, which took place tonight, did not have much, particularly interesting trailers. Nevertheless, there were some surprises in the form of, for example, the announcement of the new installment of the Mass Effect series (unfortunately, the remake of Red Dead Redemption was not announced, as the rumors suggested). Another novelty, undoubtedly of a smaller caliber, was the Polish shooting from the Flying Wild Hog studio, which was created in cooperation with Focus Home Interactive. We are talking about Evil West, which is to be a TPP action game set in the Wild West. However, not as we know from the Call of Juarez series or the said RDR, but filled with creatures from hell like vampires. We got to know the first details about the new game from the creators of the appreciated Shadow Warrior series.

The Polish studio Flying Wild Hog, creators of the Shadow Warrior series, announced at The Game Awards 2020 your new game. Evil West, because we are talking about it, will be a TPP shootout in the climates of the western and dark fantasy, in which we will play the role of a vampire hunter. The title will also offer a cooperation mode.

The Game Awards 2020 – Results. Which game has received the most awards?

Evil West promises to be a truly explosive mix of western and dark fantasy starring Jesse Rentier, an experienced vampire hunter. As one of the last agents of a mysterious organization, we must face a horde of bloodthirsty monsters as we try to save the United States of America from being completely swallowed up by darkness. The hero will be equipped not only with more or less traditional firearms, but also with a special, electrically powered glove and unique gadgets that will help in the fight against a herd of vampires. During the game, intended not only for a single player, but also for the cooperation mode (for two people), we will be able to improve our equipment and abilities. A brutal and bloody slaughter is going to take place in a dark atmosphere with a story campaign based on myths and legends presented in the crooked mirror. Here’s the first trailer:

Shadow Warrior 3 on a new movie. Sharp as in DOOM Eternal

Evil West will hit in an undefined period 2021 on PC and PlayStation 4 , PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S. Next year, another game from the domestic Flying Wild Hog studio will be released on the market – Shadow Warrior 3, which promises to be a severe carnage in a humorous shell with a DOOM Eternal-like gameplay. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the Polish developer has recently been bought by the Embracer group, which includes Koch Media / Deep Silver and THQ Nordic. In total, Flying Wild Hog is currently working on as many as four games, half of which have been revealed so far.
