Thermaltake Toughpower TF1 Titanium and Toughpower GF2 ARGB: Up to 1,550 W power

The Toughpower TF1 Titanium is said to appeal to 1st 550 – W power supply enthusiasts. The Toughpower GF2 ARGB Gold series is offered with lower power levels, but is noticeable with its A-RGB lighting.
The optically less conspicuous Toughpower TF1 Titanium promises with its performance of 1. 550 W enough reserves for extreme projects. Thermaltake also wants to address overclockers. For this target group there is a “turbo fan” button that lets the power supply fan run continuously at maximum speed. A SATA OCP is intended to protect connected drives from damage. Thermaltake promises that this high-end model will be available soon. However, a price is not yet stated.
The Toughpower GF2 ARGB Gold series is already available. It was developed as a cheaper alternative to the Toughpower PF1 ARGB Platinum series. For now there are three models with 650, 750 and with 850 W. A 140 – mm Riing Duo RGB fan not only ensures cooling of the power supply unit, but also with its 18 LEDs also for colorful lighting. This lighting effect is complemented by side A-RGB panels with six LEDs. The lighting can be synchronized with suitable mainboards. There are also buttons on the back of the power supply unit for direct control. An additional toggle switch activates the “Smart Zero Fan”. In this mode the fan only starts up from a load of 30%. The Toughpower GF2 ARGB Gold power supplies are 30 PLUS Gold certified. Thermaltake uses flat cables, all of which are modular in design. The manufacturer emphasizes that Japanese capacitors are installed and a strong + 12 – volt rail is offered. The power supply unit dimensions are given with 150 x 86 x 160 mm (W x H x D) specified.
Thermaltake offers the Toughpower GF2 ARGB 650 W for 149, 90 Euro, the Toughpower GF2 ARGB 750 W for 164, 90 Euro and the Toughpower GF2 ARGB 850 W for 189, 90 Euro.
