We have recently seen quite a few advances in support by traditional software companies for ARM processors, and although the configuration that we are going to see now is not remotely supported by any of the companies , it is always interesting to see how the compatibility becomes sufficient to see how, in this case, a Nokia Lumia 950 XL is capable of running AutoCAD on Windows 10.
As we see in the tweets, the performance is far from optimal, mainly due to the lack of a GPU driver that means that it does not have graphic hardware acceleration, but if we have ever used a computer like it n the classic NetBooks with Atom processors, we will see that the performance is comparable , a feat considering that the Lumia 950 XL features a Snapdragon 810 inside.
This has been achieved because Microsoft added support for x 86 _ 64 on Windows 10 ARM , so it was to be expected that tests of this type would occur sooner rather than later.
In any case, we can see how the translation performance seems to be quite good, as we are faced with obsolete hardware running software that was never intended to run on a device like this.
