TTArtisan 50 mm F0. 95 for Leica M for the year of the ox
As you can easily imagine, this limited edition has no technical differences from the TTArtisan 50 mm F0. 95 for Leica M standard. However, there is an aesthetic variation with a bright red color and new designs on the lens cap that recall the homage to the year of the ox. To give an extra touch of exclusivity, the production of this model is limited to 500 units per level global.
Recall that this lens has a focal length of 50 mm with an optical design consisting of 11 elements divided into 8 groups. To improve the overall quality there is a double-sided aspherical element, two ED elements and eight high refraction elements.
As the name suggests, the maximum aperture of f / 0. 95 and minimum of f / 16 with the diaphragm it has 14 slats that should allow for a bokeh effect uniform. The minimum focusing distance is equal to 70 cm. The manufacturer considers it a lens “handyman” for portraits, street photography, landscapes and reportage.
The focus is manual, thus reducing weight and price, while front filters can be installed 67 mm. The dimensions are equal to 89 x 72 mm with a weight of 687 grams. The official price is 899 dollars , equal to 144 dollars more than the version with silver color (which, we remind you, maintains the same technical characteristics ). For collectors it could be an interesting purchase, for others, difficult to say.
