AMD has made available the new drivers Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20. 11. 1 with support for DIRT 5, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Godfall . The latter will be available from 12 November through the Epic Game Store and in the console area it will remain a temporary exclusive Playstation 5 for at least six months, after which starting from 12 May 2021 could also arrive on other shores.

According to AMD the new Radeon Software Adrenalin 20. 11. 1 allow to have average performance 7% higher in Godfall (DX 12) with high details than the version 20. 10 .1 playing with a Radeon RX 5700 XT. AMD’s new drivers feature the following three known bugs and you can download them from this address:

  • Enhanced Sync may cause a black screen to occur when enabled on some games and system configurations. Any users who may be experiencing issues with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it as a temporary workaround.
  • Performance Metrics Overlay and the Performance Tuning tab incorrectly report higher than expected idle clock speeds on Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products. Performance and power consumption are not impacted by this incorrect reporting.
  • Modifying the HDMI Scaling slider may cause FPS to become locked to 30.

After these drivers we expect at least one more release this month with support for the new Radeon RX 6800 is 6800 XT expected to debut on 18 November. At the moment it is not clear if those drivers will represent the major release that AMD traditionally introduces at the end of the year or if we will have to wait until December for a deeply renewed version.
