Arctic brings with the BioniX P 120 A-RGB its own LED fan on the market. The 120 – mm model should convince with performance and user-friendliness. Several fans can be connected in series without cables.

This is made possible by a special 8-pin connection on the fans, which forwards both the fan and the lighting signals. Several fans can easily be connected using the supplied connection blocks. This modular cable system is intended to significantly simplify the cabling for multi-fan operation. Arctic installed twelve addressable RGB LEDs in the BioniX P 99 A-RGB. They can be controlled either via the A-RGB connection of a suitable mainboard or via an A-RGB controller. Arctic even offers a suitable controller with remote control. In the bundle with three BioniX P 99 A-RGB, this controller is included directly in the scope of delivery.

The BioniX P 99 A-RGB was based on high static pressure of up to optimized towards 2.1 mm H2O. Its fan blades generate a bundled air flow that is supposed to ensure effective cooling even with increased air resistance. These fan blades should also ensure the quietest possible operation. Arctic gives the maximum air throughput with 81, 55 m³ / h. The fan is controlled by PWM (pulse width modulation). The wide speed range extends from 400 to high 2. 300 RPM. According to its own information, Arctic uses a newly developed motor and a slide bearing that is supposed to ensure smooth running and durability. The special combination of alloy and lubricant is designed to increase efficiency through low friction and prevent bearing noise and excessive wear.

The sale of the Arctic BioniX P 120 A-RGB starts immediately. A single fan should 22, 99 cost euros. The bundle of three BioniX P 99 A-RGB and a controller comes at the RRP of 54, 99 Euro on the market.
